Food, the right kind of food, is such a fundamental factor in our ability to thrive, yet most well-meaning and intelligent people (that's us) don't have the right information to digest in the first place. Forget the government's food plate or pyramid, it's a waste of time. Follow it to the letter and it is likely to make many otherwise healthy people sick.
